George King apparently is ready to discover exactly what moving into the professional ranks entails.
Just don’t expect him to leave Colorado yet.
In a somewhat surprising turn of events, the CU Buffaloes junior guard was among the draft-eligible underclassmen listed in a release by the NBA Tuesday night. A total of 182 college underclassmen and international players are eligible for the draft, a figure that obviously doesn’t even include college seniors.
Given the NBA draft features the selection of only 60 players, the prospects of King actually remaining in the draft and getting selected are dim at best.
