Colorado Buffaloes defensive lineman Antonio Alfano has been held out of practice thus far during fall camp as he waits for medical clearance. Many thought this was due to injury, but the former five-star athlete recently provided some insight on his situation to BuffZone.com writer Brian Howell.
Alfano revealed he was diagnosed with epilepsy and has been trying to get his seizures under control. He told Howell he will not be able to practice or compete until that happens.
The Alabama transfer came back to Colorado after he left the program and was suspended during the offseason.
