Colorado Buffaloes freshman Cody Williams is on his way to representing USA Basketball this summer, as he was one of 35 players selected for the U19 Men’s National Team Training Camp.
The training camp will begin on June 11 at the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. Williams will compete for one of twelve roster spots for the upcoming FIBA U19 World Cup, which will take place in Debrecen, Hungary from June 24 to July 2.
Williams is very likely to make the squad. He is a consensus top-10 high school recruit and a possible top-5 pick in the 2024 NBA Draft.
