Dozens of college coaches have contacted Caleb Fauria about playing football at their schools, and he has taken the time to visit several campuses.
Throughout it all, though, the 6-foot-4, 235-pound tight end from North Attleboro, Mass., never forgot about the stories he heard as a kid.
Following in the footsteps of his father, Christian, Fauria gave his verbal commitment last week to Colorado, as part of the 2020 recruiting class.
“I’m fired up,” he said. “It’s just the people and the way that coach (Mel) Tucker is going to bring this program up.
