BOULDER —Former Buffalo Brittany Fan, tied for second at the 2022 Inspirato Colorado Women's Open on Friday, finishing with a 9-under 207.
Clariss Guce, the leader following the first two rounds after firing rounds of 66 and 69, extended her lead to win medalist honors, carding a 5-under 67 during the last round. Guce finished with a five-stroke lead (202) over Fan and Lauren Coughlin, who both ended the event with a 207.
Fan made par 34 times, and her 15 birdies tied for the third most during the three-day tournament. She recorded five birdies in each round.
