BOULDER—The inaugural night game at Prentup Field was a success for the Colorado soccer team on Thursday night. The Buffaloes led open to close, putting away the visiting Northern Colorado Bears 3-0 to open the 2023 campaign.
"It was a beautiful evening," head coach Danny Sanchez commented about the night's atmosphere. "We want to thank everybody that had a hand in making this happen. As far as the game, I thought we started really well and scored a couple of good goals. I think the second half we lost a bit of rhythm.
