Buffs Start Outdoor Season At Fum McGraw Quadrangular

FORT COLLINS, Colo. – The University of Colorado track and field team was finally able to open the 2016 outdoor season on Friday afternoon, competing at the Fum McGraw Quadrangular against Colorado State, Wyoming and Northern Colorado.

The Buffs won several events, including the men’s and women’s 1,500-meter run. Ryan Forsyth took home the men’s title, winning in 3:58.73, edging out the runner-up, Andrew Goodman (unattached), who finished in 3:58.85. Ethan Gonzales also ran a solid season debut, clocking in at 4:00.95 for fourth place, and Christian Martin was fifth with a time of 4:04.
