Buffs Picked Sixth In Pac-12 Preseason Poll, Austin Named To Preseason Team

BOULDER—The University of Colorado volleyball team has earned its highest Pac-12 Conference preseason ranking since joining the league in 2011, placing sixth overall. , a senior outside hitter, was also named to the Preseason All-Pac-12 team. Both were announced on Tuesday by the conference.

Colorado recorded 61 points to round out the top half of the poll. Stanford, which won the league title in 2014, received 11 first place votes for the top spot (121 points).

Austin has been made a huge impact for the Buffs as a starter for the last three seasons and continues to get better.
