BOULDER - The Colorado women's lacrosse team opens up conference play against No. 21 Stanford and Cal this weekend at Kittredge Field.
The Buffs (1-4) garnered their first win of the season over Ohio State University (4-5) last weekend. Colorado's 14-10 victory saw five different players score, including junior attacker Zoe McElhaney and first year midfielder Jess Peluso, who both earned their first career goals.
Charlie Rudy, Sam McGee, and Ashley Stokes all notched hat tricks during the win. Rudy put away five goals, McGee had four goals, and Stokes earned three goals.
