BOULDER – No. 25 Colorado and California played to a scoreless draw to conclude the weekend at Prentup Field on Sunday.
It was the season's first draw for the Buffaloes, who sit at 10-3-1 overall and 2-2-1 in the Pac-12. California moved to 5-3-5 on the season and 2-0-3 in conference play.
The draw brought an end to senior Shyra James' consecutive goal-scoring streak, but it wasn't for a lack of trying. James fired off a career-high eight shots on the afternoon. She had recorded a goal in the seven previous matches.
