SALT LAKE CITY – Colorado's first Pac-12 win continued to elude the Buffaloes women's basketball team on Friday. CU dropped its sixth consecutive game, a 78-59 defeat to Utah inside the Huntsman Center.
The Buffs move to 10-7 overall and 0-6 in the Pac-12. Utah climbs to 5-1 in the conference and 16-1 overall.
Much like the first meeting between the teams in Boulder, Utah's recipe for success was its ability to hit from long distance early on. The Utes hit 8-of-11 from 3-point range in the first half, matching its first half in Boulder.
