AUSTIN – The University of Colorado track and field program advanced both the men's and women's 4x400-meter relays to the finals here at the Texas Relays Friday afternoon.
Both squads will compete Saturday in the University/College Division 4x400-meter relay finals with the men starting at 3:35 p.m. MT and the women starting five minutes later.
The women's squad of Grace Jenkins, Emma Pollak, Jaida Drame and Abbey Glynn finished the prelims in 3:36.85 seconds, good for fifth in the overall time. The women won their heat as Glynn made up a four second gap on Kansas State in the final leg, closing in 51.
