Buffaloes stay perfect, rout Idaho St.

The Colorado women's basketball is on a roll, but the Buffaloes don't have to look too far into the past to realize they need to keep their foot on the gas.

On Saturday night, the 21st-ranked Buffaloes routed Idaho State 85-56 at Coors Events Center to keep their perfect record intact.

The Buffs (8-0) are off their best start since winning their first nine in 2013-14. It's just the sixth 8-0 start in program history, and they've already topped their win total from all of last season, when they went 7-23.

"It's a great feeling, but I think in the back of our heads, we still have last year, so that keeps us hungry and keeps us motivated," said sophomore Alexis Robinson, who had a game-high 16 points in Saturday's win.
