David Bakhtiari could be close to returning for the Green Bay Packers.
After being sidelined for nearly two years due to a severe knee injury, the All-Pro offensive tackle confirmed he will be in the lineup Week 1 against the Minnesota Vikings.
“I’m on the active roster just like anyone else,” Bakhtiari told ESPN. He went on to say, “I can get through the season. It’s going to be fine. You have to just manage while playing,”
The former Buffs standout spent the past 20 months recovering from multiple knee surgeries with the most-recent coming this past offseason.
