Buffaloes In Sixth After Two Rounds At The Molly Collegiate Invitational

PORTLAND, Ore. — The University of Colorado women's golf team had a few tough breaks on Monday and is currently sixth after shooting rounds of 306 and 298 on the first day of the Molly Collegiate Invitational.

The Buffs recorded a 28-over 604, which is just one stroke behind fifth-place Washington. The Huskies recorded a 304 in the first round before scoring a 298 in the second.

"We played some good golf today, but we had too many doubles and triples once again," head coach Anne Kelly said. "The course we are playing is a championship course that has hosted many USGA events.
