SAN DIEGO, Calif. - Colorado's tennis team competed in the second day of its three-day tournament at San Diego State on Saturday and came away with two wins.
Brigitte Beck and Kyra Wojcik earned a 6-3 victory in doubles over Scarlett Rush and Fiona Majende from San Diego. After a victory on Friday, Tina Bokhua and Annabelle Andrinopoulos dropped a match on Saturday, falling 6-3 to a pair from Cal State-Northridge.
In singles, Bokhua picked up a 7-5, 6-1 win over Galina Bykova from Fresno State to advance to the finals of the top singles bracket after a straight-set win on Friday.
