The October 6th contest between the Arizona State Sun Devils and the Colorado Buffaloes looked like a dumpster dive on paper before the year. ASU, with Herm Edwards acting as head coach, was picked last in the Pac-12 South, and the Buffs were picked 5th.
Well, it’s now looking like this match-up is one of the most pivotal in the Pac-12 South. ASU is looking feisty on defense with certified, bonafide studs on offense. And, would you look at that, you could say the same thing for Colorado. The winner of this game is in good position to take the rest of the South.
