Alec Burks is thriving right now. The Colorado legend is starring for the New York Knicks in their first playoff appearance since 2013.
Burks reminded the NBA world of his scoring ability when he put up 27 points (on just 13 shots!) in Game 1 of the First Round. The Hawks won the first game, 107-105, but if the Knicks can get this version of Burks, plus the version of Julius Randle we saw all season, they could pull it out.
Burks spent the first seven years of his NBA career with the Utah Jazz, but after numerous leg injuries took away his explosive athleticism, he became something of a journeyman.
