Denver expects more than 200,000 fans to attend Thursday’s downtown parade along 17th Street, from Union Station to Civic Center. Following the parade, the celebration will continue in Civic Center Park, with the Stanley Cup champion Avs taking center stage on the steps of the Denver City and County Building.
Festivities, including live music and Avalanche highlights on multiple jumbo screens, begin at 9 a.m. Thursday in Civic Center Park. Watch the stream above from our partners at Denver7 to see the celebration.
The parade starts at Union Station at 10 a.m. and participants, including the players, coaches, staff, families and guests, are expected to all reach the celebration site by about noon.
