The beloved Rampage added some depth signings as part of the ongoing Tuesday Roster Announcements Series. Centers Alex Belzile and Thomas Frazee plus defenseman Gabriel Verpaelst have been signed to AHL contracts for this season.
Belzile has spent parts of the past two seasons with the Rampage, tallying 11 goals and 11 assists in a combined 70 games. Where he’s really shined is in the ECHL with 58 points in 47 regular season games for Ft Wayne and Colorado. He was a huge part of the Eagles Kelly Cup championship this past Spring, scoring 14G/12A to lead the ECHL postseason by a lot.
