The Colorado Avalanche touched down at Denver International Airport the day after they clinched their first Stanley Cup in 21 years by beating the Tampa Bay Lightning on road in Game 6 of the series.
The Avs victory celebration kicks off at 9 a.m., Thursday, June 30, in Civic Center park with live music, Avs season highlight reels and a live video feed from the parade. The stage will be on the top steps of the City and County Building at Civic Center Park. Video screens will be positioned on Bannock Street and throughout the park.
