It was a busy slate of games in the last day of round-robin matches at the World Championship. First, the Czech Republic took on Team USA and fell 5-2. Colorado Avalanche forward Martin Neu010das scored a power play goal but it wasn’t enough to overcome the Americans who scored four goals in the third period to take the victory. The Czechs finished third in their group and will have a very tough match against Sweden in the quarterfinals on Thursday.
