There was high praise and expectations for the Avalanche, with both Dan Rosen and Mike Johnson thinking the Avs would finish top of the Western Conference. If the Avs finished at the top of the Western Conference, it would be a dream for all of us, and the first time we’d finish top of the conference since the 2013-14 magical season with Patrick Roy at the helm.
