Former Avalanche player nets $10M on Cherry Hills mansion sale

Professional hockey player Paul Stastny left the Colorado Avalanche eight years ago, but he’s just now sold his Cherry Hills Village mansion.

Stastny, who currently plays for the Winnipeg Jets, sold the home at 4 Cherry Hills Farm Court to Nevada-based entity Stardust Group LLC on April 8 for $10.25 million, according to property records.

The home is 11,898 square feet, according to Redfin, and has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a two-story great room with a wall of retractable doors that open to a large deck and a four-car garage. It sits on about an acre.

The transaction was an off-market deal, meaning the home was not listed for sale.
