San Antonio Rampage
On Tuesday, the San Antonio Rampage defeated the Texas Stars 5-2 at home. Right wing Mikko Rantanen earned the First Star of the Game with three assists and a plus-3 rating while left wing Andrew Agozzino registered a goal, a helper and a plus-3 rating to earn Second Star honors.
Blueliner Duncan Siemens found the back of the net in the first period, and Rantanen assisted on the play. Agozzino notched his goal 4:35 into the second period with Rantanen again helping on the play.
Forward Trevor Cheek and defenseman Maxim Noreau each registered assists on Michael Schumacher’s tally, and Marc-Andre Cliche lit the lamp just 20 seconds later to give San Antonio a 4-0 lead.
