Colorado Avalanche superstar Nathan MacKinnon is apparently moving on up — literally, to “a deluxe apartment in the sky.” Well, a penthouse condo in LoDo.
According to BusinessDen, MacKinnon has purchased the last of seven penthouse condos at a swanky complex behind Union Station called The Coloradan. The high-rise building is part of that whole built-up neighborhood behind Uniion Station, near where the Whole Foods is located. As little as six years ago, the area was just one big field.
Anyway, MacKinnon reportedly paid $3.2 million this week to secure the last condo in the new building.
