The Colorado Avalanche have been lucky enough to have some players who are just plain likable. We all know who my current favorite player is and who my all-time favorite player is.
Right now, there’s a player on the team who is beloved in Avs Nation, Matt Duchene. He’s a player who fist-bumped when the Tampa Bay Lightning passed him over at the Draft because that meant he might be picked by his childhood favorite team, the Colorado Avalanche.
Recently there was some controversy that I won’t go into surrounding Duchene and another Avalanche fan favorite, Peter Forsberg.
