The Colorado Avalanche announced its training camp dates and roster for the upcoming 2016-17 campaign on Tuesday.
Colorado opens camp Thursday, Sept. 22, with veterans reporting for medical and physical testing. The full squad will be on the ice on Friday, Sept. 23, and Saturday, Sept. 24, at the South Suburban Family Sports Center in Centennial, Colorado. Camp is free and open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. On-ice activities will begin at approximately 8:45 a.m. on each day.
The Avalanche will have 59 players at camp, which includes 23 that also participated in the team's Rookie Camp.
