San Antonio Rampage
The Rampage finished the 2015-16 campaign with nine wins in its last 11 outings. San Antonio defeated the Texas Stars 6-5 in overtime on Wednesday, but closed its season with a 5-2 loss to the Manitoba Moose on Friday.
On Wednesday, the Rampage had five multi-point scorers, including Dennis Everberg, who scored the game-winning goal in overtime and also assisted on the first goal of the night. Mikko Rantanen scored his 24th marker of the season, to extend his point streak to nine games. Taylor Beck also found the back of the net for his 17th of the season but first in a Rampage sweater.
