Avalanche continue preseason success with 2-0 win over Wild

Because the best way to promote the upcoming hockey season is to not bother televising the preseason exhibition games, Avalanche fans were once again treated to the thrilling two-plus hours of watching dots rearrange themselves on NHL Gamecenter. Tonight the Burgundy & Blue dots beat the ugly, premature-Christmas-color dots 2-0, achieving their fourth win of the preseason.

After a scoreless first that saw a large disparity in shot attemps in favor of the Minnesota Wild, the Avalanche—still getting a good look at a lot of young players—finally kicked it into high gear and started putting up a fight in their opponent’s end of the ice.
