TAMPA, Fla. — Gabe Landeskog will “miss some weeks” with his upper-body injury, but Colorado Avalanche coach Jared Bednar said it’s too early to rule him out of the 2026 Winter Olympics.
Devon Toews is also week-to-week with an upper-body injury, but he is expected to be ready to play again before Landeskog.
“He’s going to miss some weeks,” Bednar said. “I don’t know exactly how long. We’ll have a better idea when we get back. He’ll get looked at we’ll evaluate and see how he’s feeling, but he’s going to miss some time.
