Everyone knew that Jason Kipnis was going to get his spot back once he was healthy, as was the case last night in Seattle. And everybody knew that the duo of Brad Miller and Eric Stamets that were just seat-warmers for Kipnis and Francisco Lindor. This is just the reality of the situation and nobody would, or should, bat an eye at this.
But if you ask Miller, the player on the DFA-chop block at the expense of Kipnis, he seems to think he deserved better than what he got.
“They acknowledge that it wasn’t fair,” Miller said.
