Cleveland Indians: Highlights from Thursday’s dominant win in New York

Thursday was just your typical night for the Cleveland Indians.

19 runs. 24 hits. Seven home runs.

The Indians offense essentially ended the game in the top of the first inning with seven runs on three home runs. The long-ball barrage began with Jose Ramirez‘s grand slam in the top of the first and continued from there.

Ramirez finished the night with two home runs, as did Carlos Santana. Ramirez ended up leading the way with six RBI, followed by Greg Allen who had four.

Things got so bad the Yankees gave up after seven innings when non-pitcher and totally real person Mike Ford pitched the final two frames.
