With eight and a half teams in its minor league system, the Cleveland Indians have over 200 players under contract heading into the 2019 season.

A Taiwan native signed internationally in 2011, Chiang is unlike most top Tribe pitching prospects due to the fact that his strikeout rate is about half as much as anyone else.
