Probably most Cleveland sports fans opted to watch the Cavaliers-Pistons playoff game on Wednesday evening instead of tuning in to the Indians-Mariners game. If you were one of those people, give yourself a pat on the back. You made the right choice.
I, on the other hand, drew the short straw, and watched the Indians game so I could write about it here. But frankly there isn’t much to write about.
The two starting pitchers did their jobs well. Tribe starter Danny Salazar went seven strong innings, with his only real mistake happening in the troublesome second inning, when he gave up a two-run triple to Norichika Aoki.
