N&N: Guardians lose another “why do we care so much about this” game

Tanner Bibee carried a no-hitter in to the 5th inning last night, and that’s when happy things stopped happening. This was a shame, because “no-hitter” is basically the bar Guardian SPs have to reach to win now that their offense is “Jose, Carlos, Steven, and 6 guys who might draw a walk that you fist pump.”

After a Goldschmidt groundout to start said inning, Bibee struck out Jazz Chisholm. The umpire, however, did what umpires do when the Yankees play and said “ball 2.” Chisholm then hit a fly ball to left. It should have been caught, but was not.
