The Cardinals traded Richie Palacios to the Rays for Andrew Kittredge.
Source confirms: Cardinals working to acquire RHP Andre Kittredge from Rays for OF Richie Palacios. Kittredge returned from Tommy John surgery in August and held opponents to a .683 OPS in 14 outings. Palacios had an .823 OPS in 102 PAs after 8/18 promotion. On it: @JoelSherman1

Kittredge has been a solid reliever but very injured the past two years and 33 years old. Seems like he's still of more value than the cash considerations the Guardians got when they traded Palacios but the Guardians were constrained by a perpetual roster crunch, also.
