The Guardians got shut-out and Madduxed by Tarik Skubal while Logan Allen looked bad again, but Nic Enright beat cancer and made his major league debut, pitching two shutout innings.
In case you need reminded about Enright’s amazing journey, check out the Athletic’s Zack Meisel’s great story on him. Meanwhile, the Guardians showed off in Enright another reliever throwing a disappearing 91-94 mph fastball, as his heater was averaging over 21 inverted vertical break (20 is considered very good).
Cleveland’s reliever fastball lab did it again.

Great to see Nic Enright make his MLB debut.
