After the game, Cleveland.com's Joe Noga reported manager Stephen Vogt as saying:
"That was a very uncharacteristic game of our guys."
Which is fine to say, but if I were there, I'd like to push back with: "Your team was ranked below average defensively and as one of the three worst baserunning teams in baseball. This is very characteristic so far. ...what are you going to do to fix it?"
My first suggestion is to stop having Bo Naylor throw to second when there is a runner on third.
