Mike Clevinger activated, Yu Chang recalled in flurry of Friday moves

The Cleveland Indians have activated Mike Clevinger, recalled Yu Chang, optioned Jon Edwards, and placed José Ramírez on the paternity list.

We have a few roster moves:

+Activated RHP Mike Clevinger from the 10-day Injured List.
+Recalled INF Yu Chang from AAA Columbus.

-Placed Jose Ramirez on the Paternity List.

That’s a mouthful.

Clevinger coming back is no surprise. It was announced earlier this week that he’d make his return today from an ankle sprain he suffered in a June 17 start against the Rangers.
