Luis Oviedo tosses five scoreless innings in Lake County debut, Ignacio Feliz strikes out 10 for AZL Indians

Tyler Friis played hero offensively for Lynchburg with the only multi-hit game and driving in all three runs, including the go-ahead run in the top of the ninth inning on an RBI single.

The only other Hillcat to reach base safely twice was Li-Jen Chu, who went 1-3 with a double and a walk.

Starting pitcher Anderson Polanco allowed two runs (one earned) in 5.0 innings on five hits while striking out seven and walking four.

Relievers Ben Krauth, Nick Sandlin and Dalbert Siri slammed the door with four innings of one-hit shutout pitching while striking out a eight batters.
