As we flip the calendar to July and are enjoying a historic winning streak, the Indians are under the baseball radar no more.
And that has caught the eye of a certain slugger from down state.
Today’s Knuckleball‘s Jon Heyman (this guy has jobs everywhere, doesn’t he?) dropped a pretty big nugget today, reporting that Reds’ slugger Jay Bruce would “very likely” waive his no-trade clause to join the Indians. This is kind of a new development, considering that the Indians were once one team that Bruce would nix any trade to.
