I discovered that entering last night, Ortiz had a 10.29 ERA in the second inning and a 3.36 ERA in every other inning. He had a scoreless second and, so, didn't give up a run in the game. Seems like he just needs to settle in a little quicker.
Kyle Manzardo had three hits and I am going to be so disappointed when Stephen Vogt sits him today because a left-hander is on the mound.
