You know it’s baseball season when people start complaining already. The ever-scorching “hawt taeks” refuse to rest, be it only three games into a brand new season, or 153 games towards the conclusion of the season’s long and winding journey. It just doesn’t matter when; the echo chambers will scream loud.
Just yesterday, assorted fans were up in arms about Francisco Lindor “not hitting,” even though he was one of the few who actually made it on base multiple times yesterday. Or how Jose Ramirez went (ahem) Hitless in Seattle, so I’m sure that someone screamed to the high heavens somewhere to bring Mike Aviles back.
