The Cleveland Indians announced a couple roster moves before tonight’s game against the New York Yankees, recalling right-handed pitchers Austin Adams and Joseph Colon from Triple-A Columbus. To make room they’ve optioned right-hander Mike Clevinger back to Triple-A and placed Zach McAllister on the 15-day disabled list with a hip injury.
