SS Gabriel Arias
The No. 7 prospect in the Padres’ organization, according to MLB.com. Arias hails from Venezuela and was a member of the 2016-17 international free agent class, signing with San Diego as a 17-year-old and earning $1.9 million. He ascended as high as Class-A Advanced last season, slashing .302/.339/.470 with 17 home runs and 75 RBI and posting a 120 wRC+.
