Carlos Boozer is going to attempt to make a comeback in the NBA after sitting out the 2015-16 season, according to The Vertical‘s Adrian Wojnarowski. Boozer was a second round pick in the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2002 NBA Draft.
His two seasons in Cleveland were fantastic and completely unexpected from a second round pick. He averaged 12.6 points and 9.4 rebounds rebounds per game while shooting an efficient 52.8 percent. Those two seasons allowed Boozer to springboard to a big contract with the Utah Jazz.
Let’s not forget that the Cavs had an option for a third year on his rookie contract.
