Once teammates, Kyrie Irving and LeBron are now on opposite coasts. However, if Irving had his way, the two superstars would have never been teammates in Cleveland. In the end, the superstar duo changed the Cleveland Cavaliers and the city, but it almost didn’t happen at all.
When James first came back, it seemed like the duo of him and Kyrie Irving was going to take the NBA by storm. LeBron and Kyrie would take turns handling the ball and would give every opposing defense nightmares.
But as we found out today, Irving never wanted James back in Cleveland to begin with.
