The Cavs look to run a lineup with newly minted starter Isaac Okoro, while the Cavs are missing Kevin Love, KPJ, Dante Exum, and Matthew Dellavedova. Bickerstaff won’t say who else will start, yet. But it’s safe to say that Drummond and Garland are locks.
