Many look at the new year as a time to reevaluate and reprioritize, so it is a perfect time to remind people of the importance of “going green” in their daily lives. With that in mind, the Cleveland Cavaliers will host “Sustainability Awareness Night,” presented by Republic Services, this Monday, January 4th. The evening is intended to illustrate the many ways people can live a more eco-friendly life.
Fans at the game against Toronto will notice many “green” elements throughout the arena, including:
- Meet Your Eco-Leaders: Representatives from local non-profit organizations with a passion for sustainability will be on the concourse to showcase the importance of sustainable living along with interactive exhibits and demonstrations.
